Below is the mail got from capgemin Employee. Important Note: 1. Each Capgemini India associate shall be eligible to refer only one candidate for this fresher recruitment event. 2. They have to send the candidate information, to the points of contact mentioned in the communication mail. 3. The Email with candidate details should have the subject “2009 - 2010 Fresher Hiring Referral Program”. 4. The Fresher Unit will issue Admit Cards directly to the eligible candidates via email. 6. The exact date, timing and venue for the Aptitude Test will be mentioned in the Admit Cards. 7. The last date for receiving referrals is as mentioned in the communication mail below and shall be strictly adhered to. Any candidate referred beyond the scheduled dates shall not be considered for this fresher recruitment drive. 8. The candidates have to carry the following MANDATORY set of documents to the test venue: 1. Admit Card issued by Capgemini 2. Photo copy of the identity card of their referees. 3. Photo Identity Card (Passport Copy, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, etc.) 4. Latest copy of their Resume 5. Two passport size color photograph 6. All original certificates and mark-sheets along with one set of photocopy of these documents. (Candidates not carrying the above documents shall NOT be allowed to appear for the Aptitude Test) 9. The candidates selected after the entire process may be placed at any of the Capgemini locations. Place of posting and stream of work shall be solely at the discretion of Capgemini. 10. There are NO referral bonus for Fresher hiring. 11. Associates are requested NOT to forward this mail to outside Capgemini Mail domain to avoid unmanageable crowding situation at Capgemini office locations on the day of this Fresher Recruitment event. Selection Process: · Aptitude Test · Candidates clearing the aptitude test will go through a Group Discussion (GD). · Candidates selected in the GD will appear for a Technical and Personal Interview.
